For the comfort and safety of our clientele, and in line with luxury industry standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery worn on the skin. This ensures that each item you receive is untouched, pristine, and exclusively yours.
In the rare event that an item presents a fault originating from the manufacturer, we stand by our craftsmanship. Should this occur, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and supporting photographs. Once our team has completed a professional inspection and confirmed the fault, we will arrange a replacement or refund with priority.
